The Old Buckwellians Association is committed to protecting your right to privacy as a user of this site. It is our policy to respect the privacy of private communication. Any information collected as a result of your visit to the site will only be used on an anonymous, aggregated basis.

If you provide us with personal information we will use this only to further the aims of the Association. This information will be held securely on servers based in the UK. We will always adhere to the UK Data Protection Legislation. This Privacy Policy only relates to the Old Buckwellians Association (including this website) and does not extend to your use of the Internet outside of the BHCHS site. The Old Buckwellians Association is registered with the Information Commissioner. We will always comply with the legal obligations on us in relation to data protection set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.

What data do we collect?

We will collect personal data as provided to us during the registration or subscription process, which you agree to supply us as accurate. We do not monitor your use of the Internet.

What do we do with it?

We may use personal information about you to communicate with you about matters relating to the OBA network.

 This information will not be disclosed to third parties, except where this is essential to provide you with a service you have requested.

 We do not share personal information (ie home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses) between members, or between members and non-members, unless specific permission has been given. Personal information will not be posted on the BHCHS web site.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
